Sunday I woke up slightly hungover from celebrating the birth of my husband, the BIG THREE OH, the night before. I must say I think I found a hangover cure juice because I felt awesome when I finished drinking it!

half a lime, 1 apple, celery, kale, cucumber, ginger

for lunch I had a divine and always perfect, pb&j


I needed a snack a bit later while watching the olympics. You get very hungry watching people do crazy stuff on ice and snow slopes! :) colby and crackers!

After hours of watching the Olympics because thats what I like to do.. dinner time arrived!!! Salad with peppers, carrots and chick peas and some “organic” boxed macaroni and cheese… cause sometimes you just need some powdered cheese hahah

  4. I love everything about all of this. PB&J AND Mac & Cheese in one day?! We’re cut from the same cloth I think. Haha. The best thing I ate last weekend was my dinner on Sunday – we took my in-laws out for their birthday and I had this ridiculous papradelle pasta with shrimp, scallops, and muscles in lobster sauce. Definitely not an everyday kind of food but soooooooo worth it.

      mmm mac and cheese and PB are STAPLES in my life! YUMMMM cheese and peanut butter ( but not together) lol although i could probably justify both in the same meal :P your pasta dish sounds LOVELY!

  5. WOW now I’m totally craving a PB & J!
    The best thing I ate this week was a grilled chicken salad with peanut dressing from my favorite Thai restaurant!
