This morning I packed up my breakfast and lunch and headed to work.
Breakfast: Chobani, Honey Bunches of oats mixed in and a banana
I snacked on some SOUR blackberries, an apple and the best nuts ever, PB&J.. beware of addicition.
For lunch I had 2 slices of white pizza but since I forgot to take a picture… heres a picture of a delicious brick oven pizza I are a few weeks ago
For dinner I ate some of the veggie quiche I made on sunday… Really love it! It’s been great for quick dinners all week! I think quiche is going to be my new thing!
My activities for the day include Girls on the Run right after work. The girls made a poster about what they are thankful for in between running laps gotta love them.
Right afterwards I headed out for 5 miles. I knew I was pushing it in terms of when the sun was going to set. My road doesn’t have side walks or street lights so I can’t be out there when its too dark. I rocked my vest which is not only functional but obviously sexy AND safe
I did get to watch the sun set which was nice
I finished 5 miles in 48:43 with an average pace of 9:44. I think I am FINALLY getting back in the groove after Saturdays disaster of a “run” !
I am having a bit of weird pain in my calf so I am doing A LOT of stretching and A LOT of icing, fingers crossed the pain goes away quickly!!
