Looks like I just put myself back in the racing game! Bring on the 2013 season!
On April 21st I will be running my 5th half marathon at Rutgers University.
I found a racing schedule that better fits my current situation. ( I need more rest days due to a lot going on with Scott)
I found this schedule and will probably begin training next week which will put me starting on week 5.
I have ALWAYS followed Hal Higdon’s Intermediate training plan but I was looking forward to trying out a new plan this time around.
I am looking forward to have some structured workouts back in my life!
