This weekend I made my return to running. Friday i headed out for 2 solo miles, it was chilly and my lungs were a little in shock but it felt great.
Overall I used the last 3 days to try and get back into a routine as far as food and exercise is concerned. I also tried catching up on sleep, while I slept a lot I still have a long way to go to make up for the last month.
I even managed to finally wrap Christmas presents. Since Scott was in the ICU over the holidays we didn’t celebrate and have been planning Christmas for when he gets home.
I think tomorrow is going to be a great day.. Fingers crossed!
