As much as I would love to say I came up with this idea myself, sadly that i not the case. A coworker, who eats as healthy as I strive to, has been bringing in these AMAZING meals lately. I has been begging her for recipes and she has been coming through! I have a few on the back burner but THIS ONE was quick and easy and I couldn’t wait to try it out.
The sushi bowl. Basically instead of eating by the ROLL, you can enjoy this by the BOWL 😉 You just combine things that you usually eat in your sushi! Im not so sure this would work as awesome with raw salmon… but yea.. the veggie versions have HUGE POTENTIAL!
Todays SUSHI BOWL:
- Quinoa ( instead of rice) 1 cup cooked
- cream cheese, 1 OZ
- sesame seeds, a sprinkling
- avocado, 1/2
SO SIMPLE AND SO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS.
I made then in under 5 minutes ( quinoa was already cooked)
I will be eating this again! I’m sure I can come up with some other FUN combinations!
