New Lulu outfit from today!

LOVING the details on the knee of the crops in the last picture, SO CUTE!

I can’t wait to get my sweat on tomorrow in it!

When I got home from the convention it has continually POURED all DAY.  I have spent about 6 hours laying in bed lounging and catching up on TV shows! I know have back and neck pain from prolonged relaxation and Im up and about cleaning and moving my body :P

Dinner was fun, I made a salad which contained

  • spinach as a base
  • sweet potato gnocchi from whole foods
  • butternut squash cooked in olive oil, cinnamon and sea salt
  • cashews
  • goat cheese
  • a strawberry for a red POP (totally necessary)

For my snack I had 2 Organic Vans waffles topped with

  • Mango butter
  • crofters superfruit
  • strawberries
  • chocolate and peanut butter chips
  • unsweetened coconut

Good but not amazing.

I am searching for some SUPER healthy, yet SUPER yummy snack ideas! I have been OD’ing on CRAP late at night and I want to replace said crap with nutritious things!

What do you like to snack on after dinner?
