This morning I had waffle on the brain.
After breakfast I cleaned the house. It wasnt fun but i got it done and now i feel like im not a furball. (due to all the shedding going on in this house!) What would I do without a vacume?!
After I finished it was time for my 10k. Yes, todays training plan called for a 10k… because there were none in the area i decided to host my own, via treadmill.
I watched a new show “Off the Map” that i recorded this week. It did a fine job of keeping me entertained while i pushed myself!
I started slow and ended SPEEDY!
The last 2 miles were run at 8 and 9MPH and the last .2 was at 10MPH! I was pushing myself!
I finished in 56:40… my record for a 10k is 56:06 If i had pushed myself a little harder in the first 5 minutes I would have destroyed this!
I was not as dedicated the first 5 minutes. I lost energy immediately and had to grab some sugar!
I ate a 70 cal pack of these guys and I felt better. Maybe it was mental but either way I kicked it!
On a fun note: I GOT SOME LULULEMON PANTS TODAY!! I ordered them last week and they appeared on my doorstep today! I bought the relaxed fit pant (FOR WORK!) They look like dress pants ISH and I knew they would be comfortable. I figured if they didnt look as I planned I would just use them to workout in anyway WIN WIN! THEY ARE AWESOME and I can totally wear them to work!
I ordered a size up and in TALL because well, im 5’8 and 99% of pants are to short on me
They are fabulous! They are a little big, i could have ordered my usual size but these are so comfortable and not overly baggy so they are perfect!

Because we are going out to dinner at an italian/Mediterranean restaurant tonight and i KNOW bread will be involved i tried to stray from a sando.
